It's a simple math question.

For an intern, let's assume the hourly pay is $20 and the intern works 40 hours per week.

We will get $800 per week ($20*40).

Usually the summer internship lasts for 10 weeks.

Then we will have $8000 ($800*10)

Take the FX rate as 6.3

We have RMB50400 (8000*6.3)

In reality, the hourly pay could be much higher than $20 per hour and in investment banks the overtime is very common. Working in IBD often requires 80 hours per week. For the OT, you are usually paid 1.5* the hourly pay, that could boost your income at the end.
